Ward Mechanical Contractors is an established HVAC company serving South Louisiana communities since 1950. Our dynamic team is growing, and we need YOU! We are looking to add a full time Dispatcher & Customer Service Rep to our team. Hours will range from 32-40 hours a week and will include on-call rotated weekends during peak seasons. Schedules will vary between the hours of 7:00am to 7:00pm. You will be the front line of Ward Mechanical responsible for dispatching, scheduling, team projects and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
We are looking for someone organized, computer literate, with great written and verbal communication skills. Daily tools consist of Social Media, Google Maps, Microsoft Office, and Service Fusion. You MUST have AWESOME phone skills and be a CSR SUPERSTAR, work in groups and independently, have an eye for detail, ask questions, embrace change, solve puzzles and think outside of the box.
