Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and techniques to offer innovative services.
- Assist clients with aftercare advice to maintain their nails between visits.
- Collaborate with other beauty professionals in the salon to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, including color theory and nail art.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to upsell services and retail products effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Previous experience in a salon or spa environment is mandatory.
