Overview:
The pay is $18-$22 per hour.
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, catering, meal preparation, and possess a passion for culinary arts.
We require experience with pizzas and sandwiches, and the ability to work under high pressure and in a very fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Assist with meal preparation and presentation
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food production
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Support in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes
Experience:
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques and equipment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service establishment is preferred
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
