Family Insurance Sales is hiring motivated, bilingual (Spanish-English) sales representatives ready to build a long-term career in insurance sales and leadership. This is a structured, high-performance sales environment designed for individuals who want long-term growth and are willing to be coached.
This role is ideal for candidates with basic sales fundamentals, strong customer service experience, and a confident, engaging personality. No insurance license is required to start. We provide paid training and help you obtain your Property & Casualty (P&C) license.

You'll receive full access to FIG University, our proprietary training system covering insurance fundamentals, sales strategy, and customer service skills, along with one-on-one coaching from our in-house trainer to help you build real skills from day one.
What You'll Do
- Educate customers on their insurance needs, coverages, and options
- Build trust through conversation, explanation, and guidance
- Persuade customers through value-based sales conversations
- Make consistent outbound calls, one of the most essential parts of this role
Requirements
- Bilingual, Spanish and English (required)
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (required)
- Strong customer service background
- Basic sales fundamentals and ability to communicate value clearly
- Charismatic and personable
- Reliable and punctual, with consistent attendance and on-time arrival
- Coachable, with a strong work ethic and initiative
- Outside sales experience is a plus
