Job Summary:We are looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable team members to join our Moe’s Southwest Grill team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, prepare quality food, maintain cleanliness, and help create a welcoming environment for every guest. Team members will work together to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver a great customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly service
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and assemble food following Moe’s standards
- Maintain food quality, freshness, and presentation
- Operate cash register and process payments
- Keep dining and kitchen areas clean and organized
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work as part of a team and support coworkers
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Maintain a positive attitude during busy periods
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay: Up to $14.00 per hour
