We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support our growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys full-cycle accounting, collaborating with leadership, and helping maintain accurate financial operations in a stable, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and general ledger activity
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Prepare monthly financial statements and supported reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Support budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with compliance and accounting best practices
- Collaborate with leadership to support business decision-making
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounting experience preferred
- Experience with full-cycle accounting is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise or similar accounting software
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technology, service, or project-based industries
- Microsoft Access experience is a plus
