We are looking for a Specialty Foreman who is a proven expert and top producer in exterior building envelope systems. This is not a training role. This is not a “step-up” opportunity.

You don’t need to be told what to do—you already know what needs to happen and you execute.
Core ResponsibilitiesJobsite Ownership & Execution
- Take full ownership of daily production, crew performance, and job progress
- Execute work according to plans, specs, and approved mockups
- Maintain continuous workflow with zero downtime and no rework
- Ensure all work meets PCS standards and manufacturer requirements
Building Envelope Expertise
- Lead installation of:
- Cladding systems
- WRB (weather-resistant barriers)
- Flashing systems (windows, penetrations, transitions)
- Sheet metal components
- Verify:
- Proper sequencing and system integration
- Moisture control and substrate readiness
- Fastener patterns, layout, and detailing
- Identify and resolve issues before they become failures
Production & Labor Control
- Drive crew performance to meet strict production rates
- Track labor vs. budget and adjust in real time
- Ensure all workers are properly logging time and scope
- Eliminate inefficiencies, delays, and wasted motion
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce full PPE and fall protection standards at all times
- Run weekly toolbox talks and maintain documentation
- Ensure site safety compliance for:
- Scaffolding
- Access
- Equipment
- Environmental conditions
Planning & Coordination
- Prepare and execute:
- Pre-install checklists
- Work plans and sequencing
- Material logistics and site setup
- Coordinate with:
- PMs
- Superintendents
- Other trades
- Ensure materials, tools, and consumables are always ready
Documentation & Accountability
- Complete:
- Daily Work Reports (DWRs)
- Equipment checklists
- Punch lists and closeout tracking
- Maintain real-time communication on delays, constraints, and issues
- Keep jobsite clean, organized, and inspection-ready at all times
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years as a Foreman or Lead in exterior envelope construction
- Proven track record of high production and jobsite success
- Deep knowledge of:
- Cladding systems
- WRB and waterproofing
- Flashing and transitions
- Strong understanding of:
- Plans, specs, sequencing, and logistics
- OSHA knowledge (OSHA 30 preferred)
- Ability to lead crews and enforce standards without supervision

Compensation
- $30–$55+/hr (DOE)
