Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Medicare Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for health insurance products and a talent for building meaningful client relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting Medicare plans, educating potential clients about their options, and providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise in sales, insurance products, and regulatory compliance will drive success in helping clients navigate their healthcare benefits effectively.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and telemarketing, to promote Medicare plans and services.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend suitable health insurance options aligned with client requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by providing ongoing support, benefits explanation, and policy updates.
- Negotiate plan terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while adhering to insurance regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within CRM systems to support follow-up and reporting.
- Stay informed about changes in healthcare laws, Medicare regulations, and insurance products to provide accurate guidance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance outreach efforts and increase client engagement.
- Provide training and mentorship to new team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a focus on health or life insurance products.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities for effective client interaction.
- Knowledge of Medicare, health insurance regulations, HIPAA compliance, and benefits administration practices.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and sales administration tools for efficient workflow management.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations.
- Analysis skills to evaluate client needs and tailor solutions accordingly; proficiency in marketing strategies is a plus.
- Understanding of property casualty insurance, commercial insurance knowledge, and telemarketing techniques enhances effectiveness in outreach efforts.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
