Bill Luke Automotive Group has a rare and immediate opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor / Writer to join our extremely high-volume service drive.
Our service department is always busy, with 100+ vehicles moving through the drive daily. This position is not for beginners — we are seeking proven, high-performing Service Advisors who thrive in fast-paced environments and understand that customer experience and delivery are everything.
Compensation: $90,000 – $175,000 per year

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the flow of a high-volume service lane
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers
- Deliver prompt, professional, and concierge-level customer service
- Take full ownership of the customer experience from write-up to delivery
- Ensure available technician time is consistently sold and maximized
- Handle customer inquiries in person and over the phone
- Maintain strong communication between customers, technicians, and management
- Create positive, lasting impressions that turn customers into customers for life
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of dealership Service Advisor experience required
- Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent computer and communication skills
- Professional, well-groomed appearance
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be 18 years of age or older
