Job Title: Warehouse Associate
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves order picking, packing, shipping, and container unloading. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload containers, including heavy lifting of packages and materials
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory within the warehouse
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including labeling and documentation
- Maintain organized inventory and assist with stock control
- Assist with general warehouse operations and material handling
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements
- Prior warehouse experience (order picking, packing, shipping) preferred
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs or more)
- Experience with container unloading is a plus
- Basic understanding of inventory control
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
