Klermont 4 Kids (Under New Management): Batavia / Greater Cincinnati
K4K is a fun, mission-driven pediatric dental practice that partners with experienced anesthesia providers to deliver gentle, specialized care under general anesthesia. We help kids (typically ages 0–10) who would otherwise wait a year or longer at Children’s Hospital get the treatment they need—especially Medicaid and underserved families.
We’re looking for a warm, sociable, organized person to join our administrative team and help grow our referral network.
What you’ll do
- Visit general dental offices across the Cincinnati area to build strong referral relationships
- Work in-office (possibly) coordinate and schedule patients through communication with parents, our office and the anesthesia company.
- Comfort parents in the office if needed, while
- Connect with the parent with thoughtful follow-up calls to the patients of involved treatment.
- Respond to Google reviews and keep the office running smoothly
- Support light social media and everyday administrative tasks.
Who we’re looking for
- Fun-loving, people-oriented, and genuinely caring toward kids and parents
- Strong communicator who enjoys relationship-building and teamwork
- Organized, reliable, and willing to learn
- Bilingual, especially Spanish would be wonderful
- Driver’s license + reliable transportation preferred
- Dental/medical office experience or social media comfort is a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $25.50 per hour
