Dennis Land Inc is seeking reliable and determined delivery drivers!
$140.00-$160.00 A day in pay. After the threshold is met, they pay an extra $1.00 per stop.
Dennis land Inc, is an independent contractor for FedEx Ground. We are looking for high-energy drivers with at least one year of driving experience to join our team. The individual must have a strong work ethic and continuous drive to succeed.
Drivers will be operating out of the Kennesaw terminal and will be making deliveries to local residences and businesses around the area (Cartersville/Euharlee/Emerson/Kingston). Our drivers will be operating p700, p900, p1000, and 26-foot bulk trick.
CDL License is NOT required!!!
Work Hours- Part Time Weekend drivers
Full Time is five days a week. Weekend availability is a must. We are looking for full-time and part-time people
Paid by the day: $140-$160 per day ($100.00 a day for training pay)
Previous experience at Amazon, UPS, FedEx, or DHL is a plus
Benefits:
- Training pay $100.00 a day
- The drivers get holiday pay and after 6 months they get 1 week’s vacation a year.
- After Threshold pay is met we pay an additional $1 per stop
Requirements
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record - (No Dui’s, No super speeders)
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
- 1 Year of Driving Experience for a job over the last three years, or five years of driving experience for a job over the last ten years. MILITARY DRIVING, TAXI, UBER, PIZZA DELIVERY, LANDSCAPE DRIVER IS ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE
- Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Medical / Physical Exam (Paid by Employer!)
- Willing to under a background check
- Physically able to handle packages up to 50 lbs 100lbs with a cart.
- Must be no more than 45 minutes away from the Terminal in Kennesaw 1675 Airport rd, Kennesaw
Responsibilities
- Arrive at Kennesaw terminal FedEx terminal to pick up vehicle and packages
- Loading and Unloading packages from the truck
- Delivering packages to the destination
- We ask all our drivers be to the building by 7:45am; drivers will be done with their routes when all packages are delivered/done with pickups
- Must be able to deliver 100-130 stops
