Legacy Smiles Family Dental is searching for an experienced Treatment Coordinator who loves creating exceptional patient experiences while keeping the details organized and accurate. This is a full-time position (4 days/week).
This role is far more than scheduling appointments and presenting treatment plans. Our Treatment Coordinator is a trusted guide for our patients, an essential partner to our clinical team, and someone who takes pride in making sure every detail is handled correctly.

Qualifications
- Previous dental treatment coordinating experience required.
- Experience with Eaglesoft preferred.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology.
- Thorough knowledge of dental insurance, eligibility, pre-authorizations, billing, and treatment estimates.
- Ability to accurately calculate patient financial responsibility.
- Experience presenting comprehensive treatment with confidence and compassion.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a productive schedule while supporting an exceptional patient experience.
- Comfortable making independent decisions and following through with minimal supervision.
