Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Billing, Payroll Processing
- Manage account reconciliations, analysis and management in QuickBooks and internal software
- Process vendor invoices & handle accounts payables
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Assist monthly/quarterly accounting closing
- Mail out checks, pay invoices, make wire transfers, and make bank deposits
- Provide accounting and bookkeeping support for outside CPA as needed
- Prepare journal entries and payroll entries assistance
- Answer telephone calls involving accounting matters
- Collect and post payments, verify credit card information with banks
- Verify wire transfer payments of deposits to overseas accounts and reconcile foreign invoices
- Track data (reports, client list, billing, time sheets, expense reports, etc.)
- Help prepare monthly Balance Sheet Statements
- Track daily, weekly, monthly credit card charges
- Prepare weekly / monthly/ yearly reports
- Oversee multi-faceted accounting procedures
- Implement SOP for general accounting for all business operations
- Implement procedures to improve accounting AP/AR performance
- Maintain an organizational culture that respects work efficiency, performance, professionalism and proficiency in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Requirements:
- BA or BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
- Proficiency and 7+ years experience with Quickbooks accounting software
- 7+ years experience with accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures to be able to delegate and manage other accounting staff if needed
- Expert knowledge of GAAP accounting protocols
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including phone and e-mail etiquette
- Excellent computer skills - proficient in Word, Excel, Acrobat, Outlook.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
