Position Overview:
Sign Perks is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Sign Installer / Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This role is essential to daily operations and combines fieldwork with in-house responsibilities, including sign installation, inventory management, and warehouse organization. The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sign Installation:
- Install and remove real estate signage at various locations
- Ensure all signs are installed straight, secure, and in compliance with company standards
- Load and transport materials safely to and from job sites
- Follow daily route schedules and complete jobs efficiently
Inventory Management:
- Track and maintain accurate inventory of posts, panels, riders, and hardware
- Assist with organizing incoming and outgoing materials
- Identify low stock levels and report restocking needs
- Maintain cleanliness and order of inventory storage areas
Warehouse Operations:
- Assist with receiving, staging, and preparing orders for installation
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and operationally efficient
- Support production and printing workflows as needed
- Ensure tools, vehicles, and equipment are maintained and in good condition
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (required for operating rental/company vehicles)
- Clean driving record preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Prior experience in signage, construction, or warehouse work is a plus (but not required)
