Medical Receptionist with multi-line phone system experience wanted for a national Natural Hormone Replacement company in our Birmingham, Alabama clinic. This position is primarily responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling new and established consults and appointments. Additional duties include: alerting medical staff of concerns brought to your attention; charting; daily report production and coordination with corporate headquarters; mail intake and processing; payment and bank deposit processing; accurate completion of paperwork; inventory management and covering other front office reception-type duties. Phlebotomy skills a plus, but not mandatory. Microsoft Office skills are a must. We are looking for someone who is dependable, has a positive attitude and is a team player.
