Job Summary
Potential assignments may include, but are not limited to:
Dumping and loading railcars and trucks
Operating a grain dryer
Assisting with grain handling
Performing general housekeeping duties
Performing general maintenance as needed
Job Requirements:
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must:
Be committed to ADM's goal of achieving a zero-injury culture and understand and follow all
company safety procedures.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance.
Be able to climb stairs and ladders, work in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), and
lift up to 55 lbs. unassisted.
Be willing to work overtime and weekends, as needed.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently while remaining flexible enough to work
effectively in a team environment.
Maintain a professional image at all times and exhibit a positive, respectful attitude.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
