we are seeking a versatile and resilient culinary professional to join our high volume scratch kitchen team. this role requires a utility play capable of maintaining exceptional quality and speed while transitioning seamlessly between all heart of house stations.
key responibilitieies
station mastery: operate proficiently across all line positions including grill, fry, prep, dishes, and expo, during peak service hours
scratch production: execute precise knife work and complex recipes from base ingredients according to strict brand standards
high-volume execution: maintain a steady pace and calm demeanor while managing a heavy ticket flow without sacrificing presentation or temperature
adapability: shift roles instantly based on kitchen needs providing support to bottle-knecked stations or filling gaps in the schedule
quality control: monitor freshness rotation(FIFO), and plate accuracy at every stage of the line
Requirements
technical skill: advanced knowledge of professional cooking techniques and food saftey protocol's (servsafe prefered)
physical stamina: ability to stand for long periods lift up to 50 pounds and thrive in a fast paced high heat environment
attitude: a team first mindset with the ability to pivot and lead by example under pressure
