As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly motivated Customer Service & Sales Coordinator who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and driving results. This is an opportunity to become a key player in our company and grow into a leadership role as we expand.
About the Role
We're looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, solving problems, and helping customers choose the services that best fit their needs.
You'll be the first impression of our company and will play a major role in generating revenue, retaining customers, and supporting our field team.

What You'll Own Day-to-Day
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Answer inbound calls from prospective customers and convert inquiries into paying customers.
- Educate customers on available services and recommend solutions that best fit their needs.
- Promote recurring service programs and additional services when appropriate.
- Follow up on estimates, leads, and unsold opportunities.
- Reactivate former customers and help grow recurring revenue.
- Help achieve company sales goals through excellent customer communication and follow-up.
Customer Retention
- Build strong relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Follow up with customers who may be considering cancellation.
- Address concerns and identify solutions that keep customers satisfied and protected.
- Proactively communicate with customers to strengthen long-term relationships.
- Help maintain high customer retention rates.
Accounts Receivable & Billing
- Follow up on past-due balances and payment arrangements.
- Process customer payments and assist with billing questions.
- Maintain accurate customer account information.
- Help reduce outstanding receivables through timely collections and follow-up.
Scheduling & Routing
- Schedule pest control appointments based on technician routes and customer availability.
- Coordinate service schedules to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Confirm appointments and communicate scheduling updates to customers.
- Assist with route planning and daily schedule adjustments.
Office Operations
- Manage customer records within Fieldwork, SmarterLaunch, and other company systems.
- Maintain organized records, agreements, invoices, and customer documentation.
- Respond to customer emails and send service agreements, proposals, and other required documents.
- Track office follow-ups and ensure customer requests are completed promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and support efficient day-to-day office operations.
- Utilize Excel, Google Sheets and company software to manage customer information and reporting.
Team Support & Customer Experience
- Coordinate communication between customers and field technicians.
- Assist with onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth transition into service.
- Support technicians with scheduling changes, customer communications, and service-related needs.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Help create a positive customer experience from the first phone call through ongoing service.
- Support company growth initiatives and contribute to a team-first culture.
Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Excellent phone, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable learning and using new software and technology.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Preferred
- Experience in customer service, sales, service scheduling, dispatching, or office administration.
- Experience in home services, pest control, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, construction, or other trades industries.
- Experience with route scheduling.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Office applications.
Prior pest control experience is NOT required. We will train the right person.
