About Einstein Tutoring
Einstein Tutoring provides personalized academic support to students through one-on-one tutoring services. We partner with school districts and families to support students who need homebound instruction, hospital instruction, compensatory education, summer tutoring, and individualized academic support.
We are looking for a motivated and professional Business Development Intern to help expand our partnerships and bring new opportunities to Einstein Tutoring.
Position Overview
The Business Development Intern will support outreach efforts to schools, districts, organizations, and potential partners. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in education, business development, sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship.
The intern will help identify new opportunities, assist with outreach, follow up with potential clients, and support the overall growth of Einstein Tutoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential school district partners, organizations, and referral sources
- Assist with outreach to new prospective clients and partners
- Help create and send professional email communications
- Track outreach efforts, follow-ups, and responses
- Support lead generation and business development initiatives
- Assist with organizing contact lists and partnership opportunities
- Communicate professionally with prospective partners when appropriate
- Work closely with leadership to help grow Einstein Tutoring’s client base
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Professional, organized, and dependable
- Comfortable with outreach, follow-up, and relationship building
- Interested in education, business, sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship
- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
- Able to work independently and stay organized
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
