Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and preferences.
- Provide high-quality massage services including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques.
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to tailor treatments effectively for each client.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments and patient progress while adhering to medical terminology standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other health professionals in occupational health settings or med spa environments as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously enhance skills through professional development.
Requirements
- Valid massage therapy license in accordance with state regulations.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Experience in patient service with a focus on assessment and individualized care plans.
- Proficiency in various massage techniques, particularly deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- Previous experience in a med spa or similar setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $33.17 - $45.00 per hour
