Transport Distribution Company (TDC) is a 136-truck, family-oriented OTR carrier based in Joplin, MO - and we're built differently. - Top pay that rewards the miles. Earn up to $93,200+ annually, with base pay ranging from $0.55-$0.62 CPM based on experience.* Drivers average 2,000-2,600 miles per week, paid on practical miles loaded and empty.
- Bonuses that stack on top of base. Weekly performance bonuses add up to $0.07 CPM, plus clean DOT inspection bonuses, detention, layover, breakdown, extra stop, and tarping pay - all building on your base earnings.*
- Flexible home time you can plan around. Get home every weekend on a 5.5-days-on schedule, with occasional required Saturday freight. Want to earn more? Stay out 7 days and come home for a 2-day reset instead. You control the balance.
