Responsibilities
- Assist with food prep, cooking, plating, and portioning to meet high-volume demands
- Maintain strict sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Support the team in organizing ingredients, supplies, and equipment for quick access
- Follow food safety management protocols to uphold health standards at all times
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing and transactions
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of food items in compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members to deliver excellent customer service during busy periods
Requirements
- Prior restaurant or foodservice experience preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is key
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety practices essential for maintaining hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment while staying organized under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but training will be provided
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
