About the Role
The Configuration and Test Technician configures product per released specifications and customer orders, verifies product performance, records set-up and test results and organizes final acceptance prior to shipment. The Technician is responsible for relevant training and will participate in ongoing process development.

Director of Manufacturing Operations
Responsibilities and Duties
· Complete final product assembly as required using released instructions, tools and materials.
· Configure product per sales orders and product specifications.
· Perform and document product functional and safety tests.
· Organize the product final acceptance review with Service and QA representatives.
· Train to latest released procedures and provide training to other Configuration and Test Technicians.
· Assist with Verification and Validation work that may occur from time to time on product at final test.
· Participate in related process development and documentation with team members in other departments.
· Assist personnel from other departments with product non-conformance root cause investigations.
· Maintain a neat, organized configuration and test work area.
· Actively support compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures.
Qualification
· Excellent mechanical and electrical aptitude.
· Proficiency using hand tools.
· General understanding of electrical schematics/components.
· Experience/knowledge related to x-ray components (preferred) .
· Basic ability set up and configure personal computing devices.
· Writing skills necessary to document work product or test results.
Education & Experience
· Technical, Associates or Bachelors degree in relevant field or,
· 2 Year of similar electro mechanical assembly or systems test experience.
· Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing or other highly regulated industry (preferred).
Work Environment / Physical Demands
· Light electromechanical assembly.
· Frequent standing and walking.
· Frequent lifting of up to 25 lbs.
· Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
