Physis Chiropractic is looking for a Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing team. This role is much more than answering phones and scheduling appointments. Our FDCA plays a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for every patient and family who walks through our doors.

Physis Chiropractic is a neurologically focused pediatric, prenatal, and family chiropractic office in Dallas. We help children, pregnant moms, and families address the root cause of health challenges through nervous system-focused chiropractic care.
Many of the families we serve have been searching for answers to issues such as sensory challenges, ADHD, autism, sleep struggles, digestive issues, pregnancy discomfort, and chronic stress. Our mission is to help families heal naturally and experience a better quality of life.

Responsibilities
Patient Experience
- Welcome patients and families into the office
- Create a warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Help maintain smooth office flow
Scheduling & Communication
- Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and emails
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage cancellations and reschedules
- Maintain accurate patient communication records
New Patient Follow-Up
- Respond to new patient inquiries
- Follow up with prospective patients
- Help guide new patients through the scheduling process
Retention & Reactivation
- Contact patients who have missed appointments
- Assist with patient retention and reactivation efforts
- Maintain callback and follow-up systems
Administrative Tasks
- Process payments
- Maintain patient records
- Update reports and spreadsheets
- Assist with office organization and daily operations
Preferred qualifications include:
- Customer service experience
- Front desk, administrative, healthcare, chiropractic, office experience
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
Experience is helpful, but attitude, work ethic, coachability, and initiative are more important to us than a specific background.

Office Hours:
- Monday: 9:00am–1:00pm and 3:00pm–6:00pm
- Tuesday: 3:00pm–6:00pm
- Wednesday: 9:00am–1:00pm and 3:00pm–6:00pm
- Thursday: 3:00pm–6:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am–1:00pm
Additional administrative hours may be scheduled as needed.
