We Are Hiring: Dispatch Clerk (Wilmer & Mesquite)
Responsibilities:
Process and invoice customer orders accurately using two different software systems
simultaneously.
Review all order information carefully to ensure accuracy before invoicing and
dispatching.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail to prevent errors in orders, invoices, and
customer records.
Communicate effectively with the Sales Department regarding order status, customer
requests, and any discrepancies.
Monitor and track orders from receipt through completion and shipment.
Read, write, and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
Enter and update customer and order information in company databases and software
systems.
Coordinate with warehouse and transportation personnel to ensure timely order
fulfillment.
Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues while keeping all parties informed.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in dispatching, invoicing, customer service, or administrative
support preferred.
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and navigate multiple software programs
efficiently.
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
