ELITE Stress Management & Rehabilitation is a structured medical massage clinic specializing in therapeutic, results-driven care for patients managing pain, injury, and chronic stress.
We are seeking 1–2 professional, reliable Licensed Massage Therapists who value stability, work-life balance, and the opportunity to grow within a clinical setting.

Shift Options
Therapists may work one of the following schedules in addition to the Saturday requirement:
Full-Day Shift
Mondays - Tuesdays - Wednesdays & Thursdays (Off Fridays, Sundays and 2nd & 4th Saturdays)
8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Includes a 60-minute lunch/reset break
Saturday Requirement
Therapists must be available for two Saturdays per month:
1st & 3rd Saturdays
8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Compensation
- $24–$26 per massage hour
- Compensation based on experience, performance, professionalism, and consistency
- Stable clinic environment with structured expectations
Requirements
- Active Texas Massage Therapy License
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong professionalism and communication skills
- Ability to complete SOAP notes accurately and thoroughly
- Commitment to patient care and clinical standards
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
