Guest Services Associate
Fuchsia Spa at La Encantada
(Looking for 9am-6pm Tuesdays and Sundays, and a flexible opener/closer for Thrusdays 9am-2pm/2pm-8pm)
Position Summary
At Fuchsia Spa, our Guest Services Associates are the heart of the guest experience. As the first and last impression of our spa, you'll create a warm, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring every guest receives exceptional service. This role combines hospitality, organization, sales, and teamwork to help deliver an elevated spa experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with professionalism, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm.
- Answer phones, emails, and text messages promptly and professionally.
- Schedule, modify, and confirm appointments using Zenoti.
- Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring accurate payments and memberships.
- Educate guests on spa memberships, promotions, retail products, and service enhancements.
- Recommend providers and add-on services based on guest needs.
- Maintain knowledge of all spa services, pricing, memberships, and current promotions.
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when appropriate.
- Keep the front desk, retail displays, lobby, and beverage station clean, stocked, and inviting.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Support providers by ensuring schedules run smoothly and guest flow remains seamless.
- Follow company policies regarding memberships, cancellations, and guest confidentiality.
- Help achieve monthly retail, membership, and booking goals.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Comfortable discussing memberships, retail products, and promotions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Previous spa, salon, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Experience with booking software (Zenoti preferred) is a plus.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
