We are seeking a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Float) for our Saratoga Springs campus. This role offers clinical variety and leadership opportunities while providing flexible cross-unit coverage, admission evaluations and ongoing psychiatric management for our patients.
This position is 100% in-person, onsite at our Saratoga Springs campus
Position highlights:
- Hours: Monday – Friday (day shift)
- Rotation: Occasional Saturday rotation and holiday coverage as scheduled
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and admission evaluations
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications and oversee treatment plans
- Provide high-quality psychiatric cross-unit care for child, adolescent and adults
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and multidisciplinary treatment team.

Qualifications
- Current, active NYS license as a RN and PMHNP with prescriptive authority.
- ANCC Board Certification as a PMHNP-BC is preferred
- 3+ years of PMHNP experience in an inpatient or acute setting is preferred
- Strong diagnostic, pharmacological and interpersonal communication skills.
The salary range is $140,000 – $146,500
