Independent Sales Representative — Commission Only (Remote)
Job Summary
XShift AI is an AI-powered employee scheduling platform built for shift-based businesses. We're looking for driven, self-motivated independent sales representatives to introduce XShift to new businesses and grow our customer base nationwide and internationally. This is a 100% commission, independent contractor role with uncapped earning potential — you earn a 20% commission on every account you bring on, and that commission recurs every single month for the entire lifetime of the account. Sign a client once, and you get paid month after month. The more you close, the more your monthly residual income compounds. Full training is provided, including proven Sandler-based sales methodology, so you can hit the ground running whether or not you've sold before.
Duties
- Identify and prospect shift-based businesses — such as but not limited to restaurants, stores, and clinics
- Generate new business through cold calling and in-person walk-ins
- Introduce XShift AI and bring on new clients
- Build and manage your own pipeline of prospects
- Maintain relationships with the accounts you sign to support long-term retention (and your recurring commission)
Qualifications
- Self-starter who's comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face prospecting
- Sales experience preferred but not required — full training provided
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Hungry, coachable, and motivated by uncapped, performance-based income
- Able to work independently (this is a mostly part-time, contractor role)
Compensation
- 100% commission — no base salary
- 20% recurring monthly commission on every account, for the lifetime of the account
- Uncapped earning potential — residual income that grows with every client you sign
- Independent contractor (1099) position
Pay: $40,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
