* Bartender or Barista experience is an advantage, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Square POS system ensuring clear communication of guest preferences
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and beverage service procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly to promote guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or high-volume settings
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast, Square, Aloha, etc.
- Strong knowledge of beverage service, spirits, wine, cocktail preparation, and food industry standards
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
