Salary: $45k base + monthly commission
Job Summary
We are seeking a decisive Project Manager with a manufacturing or custom sign/print shop background. This role balances stewardship of both client services and technical production execution with a business development strategy mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Lead custom fine art fabrication projects from initial concept through final delivery.
- Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and network to build long-term industry partnerships.
- Sales Management: Convert client inquiries into active projects by handling consultations, pricing, and pitches.
- Technical Estimating: Create detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) and accurate labor/material cost estimates.
- Production Logistics: Coordinate workflows within our manufacturing facility to ensure on-time delivery.
- Quality Control: Maintain rigorous standards of visual and structural quality for all finished pieces.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years managing projects in a manufacturing, sign shop, or print production facility.
- Business Acumen: Proven track record in business development, professional networking, and B2B sales.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise building accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) and reading production drawings.
- Communication: Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills for managing both clients and fabrication teams.
- Traits: Extreme attention to detail, exceptional project follow-through, and a decisive problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with Odoo a plus
This is an onsite Monday-Friday position.
