Responsibilities
- Safely operate amusement rides, ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed to protect guests at all times
- Provide excellent guest services by answering questions, assisting with ride access, and creating a welcoming environment
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and process food orders efficiently in the food service area
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food service stations or ride areas to uphold health and safety standards
- Assist with crowd control, manage queues, and handle guest concerns or conflicts with professionalism and tact
- Follow safety procedures diligently, including manual handling practices and emergency response protocols
