EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
This position focuses on helping customers by providing clear and accurate information about driver and vehicle services. You will support the public by giving guidance, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience. As a Customer Care Representative, you will perform the following duties: Customer Assistance: Respond to inquiries about driver and vehicle services using approved reference materialsInformation Guidance: Explain complex information in simple terms to help customers understand requirementsDecision Making: Evaluate customer needs and determine the most appropriate steps to resolve issuesRecord Processing: Prepare correspondence and process updates to customer records when necessaryProblem Identification: Recognize potential system or communication issues and alert supervisors when appropriateProfessional Conduct: Maintain a courteous and respectful attitude while representing customer service standardsInterested in learning more? Additional details regarding this position can be found in the position description.Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment, 80 hours bi-weeklyWork hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.This position may be required to work during office closureTelework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, upon successful completion of probationary period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Reading. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
