We are looking for a dynamic and experienced VP of Marketing & Sales to lead our growth strategy at Sweet Utah Homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and proven track record in driving business revenue through integrated sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to expand market reach.
* Lead, mentor, and scale our high-performing sales and marketing teams.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
* Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and sales initiatives.
Requirements:
* Senior-level experience with at least 5 years of proven professional experience in both sales and marketing roles.
* Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and growth achievements.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between sales and marketing functions.
* English Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in English.
Compensation:
* Salary: OTE (on-target earnings for base pay plus bonuses): $60,000.
