About the Role
Our Operating Room and CVOR teams deliver comprehensive perioperative care across a broad range of surgical specialties. You will collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and interdisciplinary partners to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality surgical care. This role offers the opportunity to deepen specialty expertise while contributing to a surgical program nationally recognized for quality and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, evidence‑based perioperative nursing care
- Support surgical procedures across multiple specialties
- Anticipate and respond to rapidly changing clinical needs
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold all safety and quality standards
- Participate in shared governance, professional development, and continuous improvement initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of RN experience (OR or CVOR experience preferred)
- ADN, Diploma, or BSN in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Current South Carolina RN license
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred or obtained after hire)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
