Premier Coastal, a sales and development firm in Doral, invites Entry Level Assistant Managers to build sales teams around AT&T’s smartphones and data plans. The Entry Level Assistant Manager will focus on mentoring and motivating, ensuring every sales team member excels in connecting our customers with AT&T’s wireless services.
As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you will complete training in sales and leadership development, learning how to use data to drive decisions without losing the human touch. The Entry Level Assistant Manager then tracks their team's performance and adjusts sales strategies to help our customers discover AT&T's nationwide coverage and flexible data plans.
Core Functions of the Entry Level Assistant Manager
- Lead by example in customer interactions while supporting the team in recommending ideal smartphones and data plans that boost sales results.
- Work alongside associates to manage daily customer interactions and ensure consistent progress toward AT&T sales goals.
- Provide real-time coaching during customer engagements to help the team improve their ability to close AT&T smartphone and data plan sales.
- Support sales and leadership goals by identifying opportunities for customers to upgrade their AT&T devices and data services.
- Contribute to team development by sharing best practices for building trust and driving successful AT&T wireless sales conversations.
- Grow as an Entry Level Assistant Manager by balancing emerging leadership duties with consistent contributions to AT&T sales performance.
