Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Program Development & Oversight

Design, launch, and evaluate workforce training programs, certifications, and short-
term credentials -
Collaborate with academic deans and faculty to align curriculum with industry
standards
Oversee program outcomes, including enrollment, completion rates, credit and
non-credit programs, and job placement
Industry & Community Partnerships
Data & Outcome Tracking

Track and report workforce program outcomes (e.g., employment rates, credential
attainment, pass rates) -
Use data to continuously improve programming and support accreditation or
reporting requirements -
Prepare reports for leadership, state agencies, and grant funders
Grant Development & Management

Identify and pursue funding opportunities related to workforce training

Assist in writing, managing, and reporting on grants

Ensure compliance with funding guidelines and deliverables
Supervision & Collaboration
-
Supervise workforce development, secondary center, tech center, and community
education staff -
Work collaboratively with admissions, faculty, industry leaders, advising, and career
services -
Serve on institutional committees related to workforce and economic development
