JOB SUMMARY:
Lead local branch operations for Spindletop Energy Products, a leading distributor of pro-grade control and emissions equipment, ensuring excellence in inventory management, service, and customer support. Drive profitable growth while maintaining the company's service-first approach through expert technical knowledge, strong inventory management, and dedication to customer satisfaction. POSITION DETAILS:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and develop branch staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Oversee inventory management and warehouse operations
- Build and maintain key customer relationships
- Execute company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Manage facility maintenance and security
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Execute branch business plans
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required, Degree Preferred
- 2+ years management experience
- Strong understanding of operations
- Experience in industrial distribution preferred
