Our Leadership Philosophy
At Harris Industrial Gases, we believe leadership is earned through service, integrity, and consistency. Our managers exist to develop people, remove obstacles, establish clear expectations, and create an environment where employees can succeed.
We believe the best leaders explain the "why" behind decisions, hold themselves to the same standards they expect of others, and are willing to make difficult decisions when they are in the best interest of the company and its employees. They build trust through accountability, communicate openly, and approach challenges with humility and professionalism.
We are not looking for someone to simply maintain operations. We are looking for someone who will strengthen our people, improve our processes, and leave the organization better than they found it.
