Job Summary
We are seeking a driven, hands-on Shift Lead to help manage our Northeast location at Los Campeones Gym. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations while upholding the culture, standards, and legacy of Los Campeones. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage aspects of gym operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance and alignment with Los Campeones standards.
- Help with staff scheduling, onboarding, performance management, and general upkeep of the facility.
- Help with inventory and ordering of supplies, ensuring the gym is consistently stocked and operating efficiently.
- Help oversee equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs to ensure all machines and training areas are safe and fully functional.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness by managing cleaning schedules, staff responsibilities, and overall facility upkeep.
- Handle operational problem-solving, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and effectively.
- Maintain a strong presence on the gym floor, building relationships with members and reinforcing a positive training environment.
- Aid the General Manager in the basic day to day administrative and operational work and help communicate to the team any needs, changes, or updates to the front desk staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience in management within a hospitality; previous gym or fitness club management is highly preferred.
- Strong background in events management with the ability to plan and execute engaging activities for diverse audiences.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the capacity to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest services best practices within a gym or similar setting.
- Consistent and dependable work ethic.
- Positive attitude and professionalism.
- Clear communication.
- First Aid/CPR & AED Certified.
Preferred
- 1-2 years of experience of working in the fitness industry.
- At least 1 year of management or managing teams.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with staff, members, vendors, and community partners.

Pay: $16.37 - $17.00 per hour
