Sales Associate – Garden Center
Do you love being outdoors, talking to people, and getting your hands a little dirty? Our garden center is looking for a high-energy Sales Associate who’s excited to help customers bring their gardens to life!
What You’ll Do:
- Create a welcoming, friendly experience for every customer—from first-time plant parents to seasoned gardeners
- Share your plant knowledge with confidence, helping customers choose the right plants, soils, and products
- Engage in outdoor sales in a lively, hands-on environment
- Assist with merchandising, watering, and keeping the garden center looking beautiful and thriving
- Be a positive, enthusiastic presence on the sales floor (and among the plants!)
What We’re Looking For:
- High energy and a great attitude—you love staying active and outdoors
- Customer-friendly and approachable with strong communication skills
- Plant knowledge is a must (you know your annuals from your perennials!)
- Passion for gardening, plants, and helping others succeed
- Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions
