Ivey Mechanical company located in Dunn, NC is looking to hire a full-time commercial HVAC Technician to join our team for Dunn and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, to go into our clients' commercial and industrial locations to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance. Our HVAC Service Technician earns a salary up to $85,000+/yr, depending on skills, experience, and performance. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN
- Strong HVAC Technician experience
- Relevant certifications and licenses
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Air Conditioning and equipment licensing is a plus!

Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and refrigeration systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and operational procedures.
- Provide field service support by responding to service calls and addressing customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used during repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
