We are a growing cleaning company servicing vacation rentals, residential, and commercial properties across the Emerald Coast. At Ecoast, we take pride in maintaining high-quality standards and we’re looking for a Property Inspector to help us uphold that promise. We are looking for both full and part time inspectors.
Position Overview:
As a Property Inspector, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our cleaning crews meet client expectations before guests arrive. Your role as a Property Inspector is essential to maintaining the reputation of both our company and the properties we service.

Key Responsibilities of Property Inspector:
- Inspect properties post-cleaning to verify quality, presentation, and readiness
- Report deficiencies and follow up on re-cleaning when necessary
- Take photos and complete checklists using a smartphone or tablet
- Ensure inventory is restocked (linens, amenities, etc.)
- Confirm all systems (lights, A/C, appliances) are functioning properly
- Maintain communication with the operations team throughout the day
Requirements of Property Inspector:
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays (peak season schedule)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to walk, stand, and climb stairs for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Tech-savvy with basic phone or tablet usage
- Experience in housekeeping, inspections, or hospitality is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
