What You’ll Do

Provide daily hands-on care and support to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living such as personal care, mobility, and comfort needs
- Support residents during meals and assist with dining as needed
- Participate in resident admissions, transfers, and discharges as directed
- Observe residents closely and report any changes to nursing staff promptly
- Document care and activities accurately in electronic medical records
- Maintain a safe, clean, and infection-control compliant environment
- Assist with meaningful activities and encourage resident engagement and independence

Treat residents and their belongings with dignity, respect, and compassion at all times
Must Have Skills

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care

Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
Nice to Have Skills

Experience in memory care, dementia care, or senior living

Passion for working with residents with Alzheimer’s or cognitive impairments

Experience in a Montessori-inspired or person-centered care environment
