We are a busy food truck known for serving fresh, quality American and street Mexican food. We’re looking for experienced kitchen team members who can keep up with a fast-paced kitchen and deliver consistent results.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook all menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Handle prep work, portioning, and restocking supplies.
- Work efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining a positive, respectful, and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation rules are followed.
- Support the team to keep service running smoothly.
- Must be reliable.
Qualifications:
- Training available
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 40+ lbs.
