Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and schedule service appointments
- Document customer concerns and vehicle issues
- Write detailed service orders and repair descriptions
- Translate technical repairs into customer-friendly language
- Review service history and explain repairs to customers
- Test-drive vehicles to confirm necessary repairs
- Provide accurate repair estimates (cost and time)
- Handle customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate parts orders and follow-up appointments
- Deliver exceptional customer service to retain dealership clientele
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Service Advisor/Writer is required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving and bakground record
- R&R experience is a plus
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
