Job Type: TikTok E‑commerce Creator Operations (Spanish‑speaking)
Working Hours: 5 days a week. Flexible hours between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Location: On-site
Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for creator outreach, communication, partnership execution and daily relationship maintenance for Spanish‑speaking regions on TikTok.
- Manage creator communities and one‑on‑one creator relationships; follow up on sample delivery, content publication and partnership performance.
- Communicate content directions, product selling points and collaboration requirements to creators based on merchandise and business needs.
- Keep track of TikTok e‑commerce content trends and continuously optimize creator operation strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Spanish can be used as a working language.
- Familiar with TikTok content and e‑commerce ecosystem; strong learning and communication skills.
- Solid execution ability, capable of managing multiple creator partnerships simultaneously.
- Prior experience in creator operations, community operations or cross‑border e‑commerce is preferred.
- Hands‑on experience in graphic design, short‑video shooting & editing, or OBS live streaming is a plus.
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
