Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including curriculum development tailored to young learners’ needs.
- Create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, exploration, and social interaction through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to monitor student progress through assessments, standardized testing, and ongoing communication of developmental milestones.
- Engage children in physical education activities and promote healthy habits through active learning sessions.
- Proven experience in early childhood education or kindergarten teaching, with a strong understanding of childhood development principles.
- Demonstrated skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with students, parents, colleagues, and administration.
- Prior private school experience or Montessori training is preferred but not required.
- Strong writing skills for documentation, reports, and parent communication.
