Behavior Analysis No Ka Oi (BANKO) is seeking a passionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi. We are a clinic-based ABA organization dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based services to children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
As a BCBA, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans. Your expertise will drive positive behavioral change, promote skill acquisition, and enhance overall quality of life. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
- Design, oversee, and modify individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and ongoing progress monitoring.
- Supervise and train behavior technicians and other team members to ensure fidelity of treatment implementation.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret client behavior data to inform clinical decisions and measure treatment effectiveness.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate consistent support across environments.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records, and ensure HIPAA compliance in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Lead intake assessments for new clients, ensuring thorough understanding of medical history, developmental profile, and behavioral health needs.
Requirements
- Valid BCBA certification with current certification status recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Valid Hawaii State Licensure.
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, HIPAA regulations, and medical documentation practices.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers.
- Ability to perform patient care duties including behavioral health assessments and intake procedures.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
